attitude guards against the PLUM (Poor Little Unfortunate Me) disease

Remedy 3: Accentuate the Positive
Clearing negatives from the mind is crucial to good health. So is stocking
the mind with positive concepts. A Positive Mental Attitude eases tension
and attracts positive friends and supporters who help you weather stormy
times.
Remedy 4: Power of Choice
The more aware you are of your choices, the wiser you become and the more
control you have over your environment. Well thought-out choices bring
happier, healthier, more productive results.
